“Shezre is an amazing instructor. She has found the perfect balance between pushing a client and teaching the correct technique. This is important to me, as I do Pilates as a substitute for working out in the gym, but at the same time I suffer from scoliosis. I find with other instructors, in a group class, you can get in a good amount of cardio but it is easy to injure oneself as there is no individual attention. Meanwhile with other instructors in a private class, the instructor tends to pick on every small movement I do, which takes the fun out of Pilates entirely. Pilates with Shezre is always fun but challenging at the same time. ”
